Chinese New Year Festival

There are a variety of Sponsorship Packages available. With a potential live audience of over 30,000 people throughout the day, publicity of the event in local community hotspots, and full coverage in local press, the extent to which your firm can be exposed is significant.

The Dragon Package - £12,000

Benefits

The event will be referred to as the "Birmingham Chinese New Year Celebrations - Sponsored by [Your Company Name]" in all promotional materials (including posters and over 30,000 leaflets) and media releases including those made to the BBC, ITV, local radio and newspapers.
Your Company logos will be prominently displayed in the main rear of stage performance areas, and there would be a City Dressing package of over 300 small flags bearing your logo positioned around Chinatown in the City Centre (provided by your company). The compères will provide verbal public acknowledgement of your Organisation's support throughout the event.
Your logo and a link to your organisation's website will be displayed on the CNYBirmingham website for one year. You will also receive exclusive exhibition space inside the Arcadian Centre and in the corporate hospitality room should you require it. On the day, there is also Corporate hospitality for up to 10 persons at the Chinese New Year VIP luncheon and bar area.

The Monkey Package - £6,000

A Monkey Package will ensure your organisation is given wide exposure throughout the event and on the related media.

Big Screen - the Big Screen will be associated with your organisation in all promotional materials & media.
2x banners (13' x 2.5') on display at the main performance venue (to be provided by your company and subject to prior approval by Committee representatives)
Your Company Logo visible on the CNYBirmingham website for one year.
Full page advert in Event booklet with circulation of 30,000.
Corporate hospitality for up to 5 persons at the Chinese New Year VIP luncheon & bar area.
Corporate marketing material in all the VIP goody bags.

The Tiger Package - £3,000

The Tiger Package will ensure your organisation's presence is felt throughout the event.

Benefits:

Act Sponsorship, where a performer of your choosing will be associated with your organisation in all promotional materials and media relations.
Your Company Logo visible on the CNYBirmingham website for one year.
Full page advert in our Event booklet with a circulation of 30,000.
Exclusive exhibition space if required and corporate hospitality at the VIP luncheon and bar area for up to 2 persons.

The Horse Package - £500

The Horse Package will ensure your organisation is represented at the event
